Did all they could do to repair my Volvo semi. Had to go to Vanguard Mack in Beech Island for further Diagnostics. Would recommend this repair shop.
WROST PLACE EVER!!! When I got my car back, it looked completely different from how it looked when I left them my car. Stuff that was in the trunk of my car was in the back seat of my car. Other parts of my car looked like people had gone through it looking for anything they could steal. Someone stole two things from my car!!!! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
Long story short, they can’t fix their own tow trucks and have a bad rep with local parts vendors. I sent another towing company to get my truck and went to another repair shop. The 2nd towing company charged less to tow twice as far with no hassle.
Would defiantly suggest you find someone else to work on your truck. C & A will tell you one thing and do the opposite with you watching. I was roped into using them because of an accident and they were called by the officer on seen. I was told the truck would be towed to a place I requested but instead it was towed to their yard. When asked why, I was told that the wrecker wasn’t capable of handling the truck. This was odd because the requested location was closer with less turns than the C & A shop. The man said his big wrecker was broke down that he could not move the truck any further. He then stated that they could begin work on my truck with in the next 2 days. 2 days later it was next week because of parts. I personally sourced all the parts locally. While in the process I discovered that no parts house in Augusta will do business with C & A therefore they had to ordered parts from some outside vendor leaving me high and dry.
