This establishment is just an embarrassment. No answered phone calls, no replies to inquiries, no replacement of faulty devices (such as cards), and not to mention the deaths and abductions of the wrong children due to ignorant staff members.

These people took me from my mother and put me in so many way worse places. Because of them I have a form of PTSD and I'm only 21. Because of them I was scarred so bad I can't even wear the right size of clothing. I can't get on crowded busses. I was 6 years old when they put me in a place that drugged me and strapped my uncontis body to a leather bed in a small confined room with the door locked from the outside. I'm even terrified of bugs and arrachnids because of them. DCFS doesn't care about kids only the money they bring in. They even sent me to a foster home where I was treated like a slave. So if you ask me they should be perminatly shut down!

The state of Georgia is a worse place to live with this establishment continuing to serve (I should use the term deceive) the public.

I hate this office and the staff. Very unprofessional and unorganized. As many people in Augusta,Ga know they never send letters out on time, never return phone calls and never check voicemails. Here it is the holidays they should have been making sure that families get their benefits for their families before taking off for the break and enjoying their time with their family. Their job is to make sure the community has what they need for everyone to be happy and safe. But instead they have attitudes and feel like they can speak and treat people how they want. I have called numerous times and tried to leave messages with my case worker and even called the The Supervisor which they have switched out again ( not the same person)

Very un professional. Always cutting people's benefits off and then give us a hard time to get them cut back on

Applied for assistance in September received a letter on 10/10/2017by mail in which it was dated for the 3rd. But indicated I’ll receive a phone review on the 5th . I’m still lost because the letter didn’t get to me until the 10th and no phone call for the review was ever made . Funny thing is the automated system now states my case has been closed because I didn’t complete the phone interview process . I’m wondering how if nobody from the office never called to do the interview in the first place? I have called several times to speak with the case worker to only get a voicemail! This place sucks !

There is no motivation or professionalism at all which also leads to the very generous star rating it currently has.
