I paid $80.95 for a icicles product. The product worked for the test, but not even an hour later it didn't even turn on. I called the clerk and she told me to go the the manufacturer website. I did, but then didn't see where it was for defective products. She told me to come in and speak to management about exchanges. She was very nice and polite. I came in and the manager said they didn't do exchanges, but to go on the website. He checked the product with the batteries. I also bought them from this store. They did not work nor did the ones he tried. He said that sucks, but it rarely happens. I paid $80.95 for a product that doesn't work, and there is nothing they will do about it. I have bought other products that work well. I would advise if you are buying from here to avoid anything involving batteries or a chord. If you do buy anything that vibrates, "just go to the website". You will save time and money if you just go online.
I love this place. The staff was friendly and kind. They try their best to work with you if youve got an issue and there are signs all over that say no refunds. Ive seen a lot of people get mad because they can't return their product. Youre an adult, read the signs.

Bought an item there. Passes this two second test took it home and didn't work as described. Spent a good bit for broken garbage. No replacement policy or setup to accept faulty items. They told me to mail it to the manufacturer.... No refunds or customer service for junk. Didn't even have it 3 hours. Rude people too! Called and complained and clerk lost her mind started dropping f bombs THEN accused me of cursing her out..clerk said they forgive me after taking my money and " wouldnt ban" me from the store after selling me garbage...wtf kind of service is that?! I wont be back there...ever..no need to "ban" me. don't waste your money...go some where where they want you as a returning customer. At the very least a place that will be nice screwing you over. Oh...an update! You should know...since i purchased on a card i used my bank to get my money back..the owner fought me tooth and nail too, lol, what a dick! Well, sorry owner....but your "no refunds all sales final" policies don't work when you sell garbage. My bank card has buyer's protections against things like that. People...dont shop there..go online..its waaaayy cheaper and they have return policies if something breaks.
