And great museum! We spent several hours leisurely enjoying it. Wish we had more time. Beautiful exhibits and detailed information makes the visit well worth it! If you can find Toni in the gift shop, her knowledge and personality make a list to the area complete!
Well put together museum about the local history. Probably even better if you like golf.

Surprisingly impressed! This museum covers a lot of territory from military, transportation, sports & medicine, etc. Really enjoyed the rails. Plan to take your time & stay a few hours. Clean environment & quiet. Check out St Paul church and riverwalk across the street
Great place to go once and learn about the Augusta area. Would be nice to see some history showing slavery in the area as well as the Native American.
