The worse experience with this moving truck and storage unit will never rent again. The customer service sucks and the so called upper management does nothing if you complain. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and all they did was lie waste of time and money.
Two years ago I had to get a storage unit for a move and new nothing about the process. The GM (Jeff) was so awesome!! He helped me from start to finish and made what could have been a complicated process incredibly easy. HIGHLY recommended, I walked in feeling overwhelmed but left having a made a supportive new friend!

I didn't want to mark a star at all, but in order to put this review in, I had to choose at least one. Here Goes. Used this particular facility to install on a hitch on my husband's truck to prepare us to move to Texas. Since we used them for the hitch placement, we decided to rent a trailer through them as well. We reserved the trailer and everything. On Thursday, August 31st my husband went to pick up the trailer, he told the young man RaShawn that we were picking the trailer up here in Augusta, but we will be driving it attached to my my husband's truck and dropping it off in Texas on Saturday 9/2/17. We had already found a uhaul facility to drop it off at. Gave him the address and everything. He charged us $81 for the one way travel. So we thought that everything should be good. Well on Saturday at 12:38pm my husband receives a call from the Broad Street location asking when were we bringing the trailer back. My husband informed them that we were enroute to Texas and that the trailer would be dropped there just like he told RaShawn. The person on the other end of the phone said, oh that's going to cost more, my husband said no, this is what the paperwork states. We were told we would get a call back. No one called us back. On Tuesday, 9/5/17 they charged our card $440.00 for that uhaul trailer. Yes, a uhaul TRAILER..We have been disputing this every since then. From Customer Service to corporate to the Manager Jeff Tumor who won't call us back even after they gave us his cell phone number. I would hate to think that I was charged this extra amount to pay for the couple that walked in to the uhaul facility after my husband, that did not have the money to pay for a truck so the young lady was going to give them a deal and that came out of her mouth. So I would say to anyone that has to use uhaul, don't use this one at 1589 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30904
