The staff is cool, service is good...BUT when you get your bill sometimes you are billed twice for things. They don't explain things well. Whenever you call the billing dept. sometimes you can't get in touch with anyone and the automated system will send you to someone and tell you to call back later. AND sometimes you will get a bill for things you have already PAID FOR...this will mess up your credit and my credit is perfect.
I leave and need a prescription for oxygen, went round and round for 3 weeks.
I was seeing a Pulmonologist at this facility, paid for CT & other pulmonary testing.
This Medical center could careless if you die, there all about the money.
Finally it became an emergency and I was out of state and I had to have test repeated which had just been done at MCG.
But good thing this other Pulmonologist was able to get me in.
