Smooth check-in process and very helpful staff. Military rate available, at least for the room I stayed in. Modern accommodation with Starbucks and restaurant on site. Starbucks only open 8 am to 11 am.
Overall good stay and definitely one of the better hotels in the Augusta area. The hotel is conveniently located downtown, quick to pretty much anything you want. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. There restaurant and bar areas are very nice and the food is pretty good but overpriced as many hotels. There is valet and paid garage parking along with two buildings. If you are going to the Suites it is not in the main building.

Gated outdoor pool with beautiful views of the historic Savannah River. Located on the Riverwalk in the middle of historic downtown Augusta Georgia. I highly recommend you consider this hotel for your next visit to Augusta.
Nice enough hotel. If they put you in a suite you will have a long walk to get from the front desk to your room. The parking was approx. $7 a night if you park yourself and roughly double if you use a concierge. Area was safe and there were nice restaurants immediately across the street. Also, the hotel is on the water walk so you can have a nice walk along the water front. Just make sure you are in the main hotel not the suites or be prepared to walk.
