I wouldn't even let my dog sleep in this place! The place looks like a pet store and smells like moth balls! My mother and father and law rented this for us and what a mistake they made! The owner is rude and from all the other reviews, we are surely not the only ones having a poor experience from this .1 star motel

She is an angel.... she saved our trip! We stayed in a whirlpool room. It had a mini fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, wifi and tv with cable. Great place!!

It was 9 pm and we didn't have a room , all hotels were sold out. BUT we contacted the Queen Anne at 10 pm, the owner answered right away and gave us the last room available. She even got us water and toiletries.

Maybe next time you should try treating your customers better and it be so combative! Horrible!

Definitely will come back!

It's not a place for luxury and room service, but if you're looking for an authentic historic place to stay without too much pomp and circumstance, the Queen Ann Inn can't be beat. It's run like an Air Bnb, so don't expect to be waited on, but the owner is lovely, helpful, and just a call or text away. We had the place to ourselves when we stayed (there are only a few rooms), and the cozy tranquility was just what I wanted.

GREAT little victoran. Great service and food.

Other reviewers are right about the place not having the "homey" feeling that other B&Bs offer and maybe the place could be better kept up. However, I really enjoyed my stay because I love old buildings/furniture and I wanted a change from staying in a typical hotel room for about the same price. I thought the Inn was beautiful, and I found Room 1 to be comfortable, clean, and relatively affordable ($89+tax). As for breakfast, I skipped it since I generally prefer to explore restaurants on the road. I'd say that if you're looking for a real B&B experience or if you're generally picky, stay elsewhere. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever visit Augusta again.

After a long drive, we got to Augusta to find out that the place that we have booked and paid for the night was not available.
