The room was better than I expected. The wifi is on the better side when compared to other hotels. The location is pretty convenient towards everything, didn't seem out the way. Overall a good experience.
As soon as you walk into the lobby you immediately get disgusted. The carpet is so dirty and it sinks. Man, this place is associated with Wyndham family of hotels???? Wow. I promise you there is no exaggeration in this post. We were here for a tournament so we were stuck. I will say that the lady at the front desk apologized changed us to another room which was better. But WOW to have had to deal with this was a mess literally!!!
My meal was delicious. I had the salad bar because it was too hot for heavy food. The watermelon was the sweetest I've had this year. Service was as always splendid !
Spent 3 nights in this hotel. Rooftop bar that was advertised was never open because they didn't have a bartender. Restaurant was only open 1 day and that was Friday. Gift shop never opened entire weekend. Hotel was convenient to waterfront and that is the only positive comment I can make. Staff was friendly but had to make excuses because they didn't seem to know what was going on. Try Marriott. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast there one morning. Will definitely not recommend or return to this hotel.
Had a two night stay, I left for a hour after i checked in an came back to my room that had been broken into. Altogether I had about $800 of equipment stolen out of my room. The front desk said they would have maintenance check the computer systems but they never came by. This is the first and last time I will stay her.
This was absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed in ever!!! Between having to bomb the room because of a spider, to the air going out, & the dirty water coming out the faucet in the tub. It's so old dirty and smelly. They really should be ashamed of the way this place is kept up.
