It was in a great place close to everything we wanted to see. The only reason for three stars is the new desk girl tried to give our room to someone else and failed to put us in the system even though we stayed two nights. The breakfast was very good and the employees were all very nice. The bed slept well but the water took forever to get hot. It looks like they are in the middle of a remodel.
If you can afford better, don’t stay here. This is nothing more than a 3-star hotel. Locals were loitering and talking outside of rooms all night long. A quality night sleep here?? Impossible. Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear everything going on around you. Rooms are in desperate need of updates/renovation. Woke up much sooner than I wanted due to a neighboring room blasting music at 6am. The most ratchet hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.
love this place it is an excellent place to stay whether you are coming for one of the hospitals or just want to get away for a bit this is the place to come. The staff is super friendly. The location is quiet and I just feel at home when I stay here. I will surly come and stay again when ever I am in the augusta area. My new home away from home.
Great place to stay! The staff is Excellent. The breakfast is great! My room was clean and smelled good.The wifi worked really good as well I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here when visiting the augusta area.
Room was decent for the price. It was very conveniently located to the Children's hospital. Staff was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again but wish bed was more comfortable.
